In July 2021, the Verkhovna Rada passed eight draft laws that positively impacted the democratic development of Ukraine. Two draft laws — № 3711-d and № 5068 on the resumption of the work of the High Qualification Commission of Judges and the renewal of the High Council of Justice, respectively — are crucial for the continuation of real judicial reform.
