The Government plans to abolish the mandatory signing of Certificates of Completed Works

During a meeting with Zakarpattia entrepreneurs, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko announced that the Government plans to abolish the mandatory signing of Certificates of Completed Works for non-cash service payments as proof of service receipt. This government bill will simplify cooperation between Ukrainian companies and European business partners.

The LRHub, a member of the RPR Coalition, has been advocating this decision since 2023, in cooperation with other civil society organisations. This will help businesses save UAH 34 billion, or 0.6% of GDP per year.

The RPR Coalition welcomes this initiative, as it once again strengthens our move away from post-Soviet practices and brings us closer to European standards.
