Members of Parliament voted in favor of Bill No. 11321, which amends several Ukrainian laws to enhance guarantees for media, journalists, and citizens regarding access to information. The bill increases transparency and accountability in parliamentary committee work by introducing the following provisions:

• Committees will now be required to publish meeting agendas at least 24 hours in advance.
• The public, media, and key stakeholders will be able to participate in discussions.
• Open meeting records will be published no later than 24 hours after a session, allowing the public to monitor the decision-making process.

Members of the Reanimation Package of Reforms (RPR) Coalition, including the Center for Policy and Legal Reforms, Detector Media, and the Center for Democracy and Rule of Law, have repeatedly emphasized the importance of passing Bill No. 11321. The document now awaits the President of Ukraine’s signature.
