7276 - Reanimation package of reforms

№7276 Draft law No.7276 on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine in regard to providing the National Agency on Corruption Prevention with appropriate access to information, necessary to fulfill its powers.

The aim of a draft law

The draft law will allow the NACP to receive direct automatic access to registers and databases, necessary to conduct automatic verification of information specified in e-declarations. The draft law is aimed to improve effectiveness of the NACP work.
