Creating the Energy Efficiency Fund, which has to become a long-term mechanism of state support of the public for implementing energy efficiency measures. Such Funds have been established in many EU countries and proved to be effective. The concept of the Ukrainian Fund is consistent with the best European practices and Directive 2012/27/EC “On Energy Efficiency”.
