Improving the efficiency of the legislative process through:
– turning Friday into a full parliamentary day;
– replacing “a Government Question Hour” wuth a three-hour session with the Prime Minister and the Minister of Ukraine
– requiring the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the ministers or their deputies to be personally present at the parliamentary session during the “Government Question Hour.”
