The purpose of the law is to significantly improve the current situation in the field of regulation of the legal status of community organizations as a form of local democracy and to create conditions for the direct participation of members of communities in local problem-solving. This will enable community members to become more involved in local government and strengthen their responsibility for the situation in the local community.
