The draft law is designed to ensure compliance of the deputies of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine concerning personal voting at the meetings of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and to put an end to a shameful practice of falsifying the results of votings at the parliamentary sessions.
