The purpose of this draft law is to prevent the increase of fiscal and administrative pressure on personal income to prevent shadowing of jobs, closure of businesses, cancellation of harsh financial penalties for violation of legislation on labor and labor relations, which – in the absence of transparent and economically reasonable grounds for legalization of labor relations and the legalization of wages – will not have the expected economic effect, but might rather worsen the economic situation in Ukraine and increase social tension.
