The goal of the draft law is to improve the legal principles of the organization of activity of the Specialized Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office and to guarantee transparent activity of the panels set up to select candidates for the administrative offices and offices of prosecutors at the Specialized Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office in order to implement the recommendations of the International Monetary Fund.
