The draft law is developed to strengthen the values
??of freedom and democracy to celebrate the opposition of Ukrainian people to the criminal and
corrupt regime in November 2013 – February 2014 – the Revolution of Dignity and the memory of all the fallen, to consolidate intolerance to any form of violence, and to preserve
memory of the manifested courage, selflessness, and heroism.
