The aim and purpose of the adoption of this draft law is to recognize non-formal and informal education (self-organized education, self-education) as a type of education in Ukraine, to provide state recognition of non-formal education received by volunteers in organizations and institutions that involve volunteers in its activities, and to secure the right of volunteers to have their education acknowledged when applying for civil service jobs.
