The purpose of the draft law is to improve legislation on the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, bringing it in line with existing military-political conditions and to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The adoption of this draft law will oblige state authorities responsible for the defense of the state to conduct new defense planning and develop new plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military units to intensify its work in accordance with the real threats in the military sphere.
