The purpose of this draft law is to improve the functioning of the national youth policy, as well as methods and instruments for its implementation. Also, the Draft law is aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of youth associations, encouraging young people to participate actively in public life, as well as at the consolidation of European approaches to youth policy.
