A professional, depoliticized, transparent, and stable public service is the key to Ukraine’s stability during the war and its ability to move forward on the path to European integration.

Together with our partners — Professional Government Association (PGA), the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform, Vox Ukraine, the Centre for Democracy and Rule of Law, and the Ukrainian Association of Political Sciences — we are joining forces to support and advocate for public service reform.

Among the problems that need to be addressed are:

▪️ lack of competitions and transparent selection procedures;

▪️ unjustified dismissals;

▪️ unequal and uncompetitive remuneration system;

▪️ excessive restrictions on civil servants.

On September 25 at 1:00 p.m., there will be a presentation of the Public Service Reform Manifesto and an announcement on how to join its signatories.
