Experts of EasyBusiness, a member NGO of the RPR Coalition, have joined the deregulation process: The Cabinet of Ministers has canceled more than 200 outdated regulatory norms.

This is almost 45% of all instruments recommended for abolition by the Interagency Working Group on Deregulation (IWG on Deregulation), in which the EasyBusiness team is involved. In total, 352 instruments have already been canceled as part of the deregulation reform. The expected effect on the economy is over UAH 600 million.
In January 2023, to simplify the business environment, the Government established an Interagency Working Group on Accelerated Review of State Regulation of Economic Activity (IWG on Deregulation). The IWG is chaired by Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, and Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
During its work, the IWG on Deregulation reviewed 1323 regulatory instruments for business. Of these, 584 were recommended for simplification and 456 for abolition.
