The draft law simplifies sales procedures, enhances their transparency and prevents corruption risks, manipulations with prices, terms and conditions of sale. The provisions of draft law cancel the classification of objects by groups. Moreover, only 2 ways of selling are established: through an open online auction (for small privatization) and an auction with the investment advisor’s involvement (for large privatization).
