The draft laws imply the modernization of the first (solidarity) level of the pension system, in particular, with regard to the “modernization” of pensions, the abolition of special conditions of accrual, the conditions for retirement, the mechanism of regular indexation of pensions, etc. Also set the dates for the launch of the second level of pension provision: January 1, 2019.
