“Reviving Eastern Partnership” – policy-paper co-authored by Leo Litra, New Europe Center senior research fellow.

The document deals with how the EU’s Eastern Partnership might be transformed and adopted to the modern political environment, challenges and threats. The paper was written after four EaP workshops had been organized in 2019 in Chisinau, Kyiv, Tbilisi and Brussels, where the participants tried to assess the impact of the EU’s Eastern Partnership until date, as well as identify and compile the current trends, problems, and best practices from Eastern Partnership member countries, especially from Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia.
