President Zelenskyi canceled the appointment of two members of the high council of justice

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi canceled the decrees of the fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on the appointment of the members of the High Council of Justice (HCJ).

By the decrees No. 358 and No. 359, the President abolished decrees of Petro Poroshenko No. 217 and No. 218on the appointment of Andrii Vasylenko and Mykhailo Isakov as HCJ members.

The corresponding decrees of the President were published on the website of the head of state.

Zelenskyi also issued a decree  No. 357 on an open competition for the selection of candidates to be appointed as members of the High Council of Justice.

Let us remind you that as of 2016, the High Council of Justice has dismissed as few as 15 judges.
