Olga Lymar became the development manager of the RPR coalition.
Olga Lymar is a specialist in CSO capacity development and an analyst. She gained Master`s Degree in Philosophy at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Diploma with honors). After the Ukrainian Revolution of Dignity, she worked at the Institute of World Policy and together with IWP team, she invested her efforts in promoting European standards and practices in Ukraine. Olga is a co-author of several publications, prepared on request of Ukrainian MFA on the Russia- Ukraine conflict, which were highly appreciated by the Ukrainian Government (“Security in Transition. How to Counter Aggression with Limited Resources”, “Conflict Settlement Practices around the World. Lessons for Ukraine” etc). Since 2017, Olga worked at the New Europe Center on strengthening capacity of the organization. In April 2019, Olga Lymar has started working as a Development Manager of the Reanimation Package of Reforms Coalition.
She also consults think tanks and CSOs in organizational and strategic development and helps them to become stronger, more transparent and efficient. Olga believes that strong civil society will strengthen Ukraine`s pass towards European and Euroatlantic integration in the country.
