For a country at war, preserving democracy becomes as important as winning. Despite three years of full-scale war, we demonstrate the resilience of democratic institutions.

Our country has preserved its parliament, judiciary, local government and independent media. This experience is a lesson for the world on how to defend freedom and democracy in the most difficult conditions.
