The Civil Society Organizations Sustainability Index (CSOSI) is a tool for assessing the strength and overall viability of the civil society sector. Analyzing on an annual basis seven dimensions that are extremely important for the sector’s sustainability, the Index highlights both the strengths and challenges in the development of civil society organizations in a particular country in the study region. This allows for a comparative analysis of the development of such organizations in geographical and temporal planes.
In its subregion of post-Soviet countries, Ukraine continues to hold leadership positions. The score of 3.2 points has not changed compared to last year. Read more in the study of the Ukrainian Independent Center for Political Research.
