The draft law aims, in particular: to simplify the procedure for detecting non-compliance by officials of state supervision (control) bodies with the current legislation; to strengthen public control over the activities of officials of state supervision (control) bodies in the exercise of their powers, and reduce the time limits for considering complaints from business entities as to the illegal actions of such officials and related administrative violation cases; to strengthen legal protection of business entities by ensuring a more effective mechanism for bringing officials of state supervision (control) bodies to administrative responsibility.
