The draft law aims, in particular: to harmonize certain provisions of the legislation, in particular those related to state supervision (control) over compliance with labor and employment legislation; to reduce cases of unlawful and/or unjustified interference of state supervision (control) bodies with the business activities of business entities (BE); to simplify the procedure for judicial and administrative protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the BE in the application of state supervision (control) measures.
