The draft law aims, in particular: to establish administrative liability for violations in the field of labor relations in the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses without any duplication in the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine; to establish sanctions for the violation of labor legislation in the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Labor Code of Ukraine in the scope comparable to sanctions for other violations of the law and those that do not lead to job cuts and shadow economy; to establish liability of the employer for the violation of the terms of payment or failure to make full payments of wages and other payments provided for by law to the employee whose rights are violated.
