The draft will allow to improve the quality of implementation of the draft law No. 183-VIII of February 11, 2015 “On the open use of public funds” which regulates the functioning of the E-data resource – the official portal of the public funds of Ukraine. As of October 1, 2016, only 46% of administrators have registered on this portal, while among the state-owned enterprises this figure totals 16%. These data mean that most administrators of public funds have ignored the law. The draft law calls for strengthening responsibility for the violation of the law, in particular, introducing administrative penalties for providing incomplete or false information.
