The draft law provides for the establishment of the following: automated risk indicators that will make it possible to automatically choose a procurement procedure with signs of violations of the law on public procurement; an exhaustive list of grounds for monitoring procurement, which will resolve the issue of powers of the state financial control body over the decision to start monitoring procurement if one or more of such reasons are available.
