The aim of a draft law

It is proposed to shorten the procedure of the Ministry of Health (10 working days) for the registration of products and the expansion of the list of medicines registered by the competent authority of the United States of America, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, Canada or the European Union as a medicine. State registration of the medicines are carried out under the simplified procedure.
