The draft law is designed to defend the constitutional right of students to protection. In particular, it is proposed to supplement the provisions on termination of participation in the primary trade union organization for the person who finishes educational institution. The draft law contains a provision to limit the right to be elected to the governing bodies of student unions of persons who are not relevant to the students. Also, changes to the effective law propose to expand the responsibilities of trade unions and associations, enshrining the obligation to annually publish all the financial statements on its official website.
