The purposes of the draft law are: 1) to improve the efficiency of tax administration and fees; 2) to prevent criminal prosecution for articles 212, 2121 in the Ukrainian Criminal Code in the case of detection of descrepencies for monetary obligations in administrative / judicial proceedings, recognition of them as illegal and/or canceled, and payment within the time limit.
