The draft law aims to restore the justice system regarding military courts, which, according to the Constitution of Ukraine and this law, will carry out proceedings in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations formed in accordance with the law. At present, the draft law proposes to establish military courts in a manner contrary to the European standards.
