The draft law is developed to bring some legislative acts of Ukraine into compliance with the special rules of the effective law of Ukraine “on the natural gas market” and to ensure predictability of state regulation of economic activities in the natural gas market by eliminating possible collisions and ambiguous interpretations of the provisions of the effective legislation.
