The draft law proposes to introduce a factor of 0.4 to the size of the single contribution in 2015, and 0.6 ratio to the size of the single contribution in 2016. Thus the employer will be able to legally pay wages, compensation for civil contracts, payment assistance for temporary disability and care related to pregnancy and childbirth. In addition, the draft law provides for the abolition of additional conditions stipulated by the norms of law (700 UAH of single contribution, three minimum wages, etc.).
