The purpose of the draft law of Ukraine is to support the National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (NPBU).
In particular, it determines the mechanism of creation of the NPBU, its legal form, sources of financing, labor compensation, protection of property rights and interests of the labor collective, and improves the governance, the order of formation and the principles of activity of the supervisory and editorial boards.
This will ensure the establishment and further activity of the public joint venture “National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine” in accordance with international standards.
