Recent public opinion polls prove that this reform is of critical importance – it is the public officers whom 44% of the Ukrainian citizens consider one of the biggest barriers towards the reforms in the country. After the state leaders paid attention to the reform at last, and the specialized parliamentary committee did manage to consider and finalize amendments to the draft, there appeared a chance that this reform will finally get a legal framework in the coming plenary weeks.
