We would like to invite you to the diplomatic breakfast “New Attempts to Disrupt E-Declaration System Launch”, which will be held on Friday, August 5, at 10am-12pm at the RPR office (6, Olhynska str., of.21).

According to the official decision of the National Agency for Corruption Prevention and statement of the Prime Minister of Ukraine V. Groysman, the introduction of the new system of electronic disclosure of assets, income, expenses and financial obligations of public officials is scheduled for August 15, 2016. However, some attempts to interfere in the process have taken place recently and now there is a real threat of a delay or timely but ineffective launch of the system. What will be the consequences of such interference? Who is blocking this reform? What should be done to ensure that e-declaration system is launched on time?

These and number of other related issues will be discussed during the event by the following speakers:

– Vitaliy Shabunin, ANTAC Head of Board, RPR Board Member;

– Yevhen Cherniak, Senior Analyst at the Policy Analysis Department at the Transparency International-Ukraine, member of the RPR expert group on anticorruption reform.
