Online discussion “Decentralization Reform: What Awaits Eastern Ukraine?” with the participation of politicians, officials and public experts will take place on July 5, at 15:00 – 16:30. The event is designed to present and discuss an analytical brief on the specifics of the implementation of decentralization reform in Donbas in the context of an armed conflict and considering for other key reforms.
The discussion is organized in preparation for the Ukraine Reform Conference – a key annual international event on reforms in Ukraine, which will take place on July 7-8 in Vilnius (Republic of Lithuania).
