The National Disability Rights Conference “European Future of the Rights of People with Disabilities in Ukraine” will take place for the 5th time in Kyiv on December 3–4, 2025.

For the fourth year of russia’s full-scale war, the disability community in Ukraine continues to fight for dignity and equality, despite the daily threats to life and safety.

We are not waiting for victory to demand change. We are creating it now, during the process of European integration. We demand accessibility, deinstitutionalization, inclusive reconstruction, and involvement in all decision-making processes within European integration.

On December 3, we will not only summarize the achievements and challenges of 2025 during the press briefing but will also shape the Agenda for 2026 — our strategic roadmap.

• On December 3, we will traditionally gather at Maidan Nezalezhnosti at 5:00 PM for the public action “Lights For Rights,” to once again shine a light on our rights and demands.
• On December 4, participants will take part in advocacy meetings and intensive work on creating new campaigns.
