The objectives of the draft law are to implement the constitutional principles of justice by updating the legislation to ensure the independence of the judiciary. This draft law increases the responsibility of the judiciary to the public, optimizes the judicial system, and introduces new principles of formation and appropriate mechanisms of recruitment of the judiciary.
